Overview of the Role

We have an exciting entry level position for a Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our team. No experienced required but you must be ambitious and keen to work in a target driven environment in a predominantly telephone based sales role. As things progress, there will be plenty of opportunities to travel and work on more in person events.

You will identify, research and contact senior level and specialist job title executives within a variety of business and industry sectors and be able to present an event with full agenda and with benefits of attending to the qualified decision maker.

Overview of the Role

As an Events Programmer you will report to the Head of Event Content and be responsible for producing events in our growing New Statesman. events portfolio. The role will include research and collaboration with senior decision makers across different markets and industries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce a range of events in the growing New Statesman portfolio including roundtables, webinars and conferences
  • Collaborate with policymakers and business leaders across various markets and industries to deliver first class event content

Spear’s is seeking Digital Editor to lead its wealth management industry coverage on the digital platform, SpearsWMS.com. This role provides an opportunity for you to join the team at a pivotal moment in the development of Spear’s as a digital-first brand.

Based in our London office you will manage and execute the content plan for SpearsWMS.com with a strong focus on SEO, agenda-setting content, data and ranking content to hit traffic and engagement targets.

Overview of the Role

The Subscriptions Partnerships Manager will help shape and implement the commercial plan to build and grow a new enterprise subscriptions business for The New Statesman.

Working closely with the Global Head of Sales, Content and Marketing functions, the successful candidate will lead this growth through a new investment phase seeing audiences growing globally as well as in different market segments.

This role will also be responsible for the recruitment and management of a customer services executive who will feed the team with relevant data and help improve client engagement amongst our new multi-user subscriber base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Devise a strategy to uncover commercial opportunities through enterprise subscription sales, particularly throughout multiple corporate sectors and within academia
  • Universe mapping to define businesses and organisations that link back to the New Statesman readership personas
  • Identify new opportunities to build partnerships that grow our subscriptions within other sectors This could include, trade associations, trade unions, charities, banks, insurers, political and cultural organisations that are natural fits with the New Statesman editorial proposition.
  • Develop and refine the sales narrative and collateral to support sales efforts

Overview of the Role

The Event Executive will be responsible for helping to manage a portfolio of events under the magazine brands within the New Statesman Media Group. We run over 60 events throughout the year and cover multiple industries such as Tech, Finance, Current Affairs, Healthcare, Wealth Management and Politics. The types of events include webinars, roundtables, conferences, awards, networking and bespoke events.

The Event Executive will be responsible for delivering all aspects of their own events, end to end project management and supporting the rest of the operations team across the schedule on-site.

The role with encompass working closely with the entire sales team for Elite Traveler in North America and assisting in the pre and post sales process.
